Notes From Meeting
September 3, 2008
Jack Westerman, President, opened the meeting at 7:15pm.
Diana Lett, Secretary/Treasurer read the minutes of the last meeting, they were approved as read, and followed up with the Treasurer report.
Jack Westerman resigned his position as President. Janis Beaumier resigned her position as Vice-President. Diana Lett resigned her position as Secretary/Treasurer.
Herb Copes is our new President, Patti Mora is our new Vice-President and Diana Lett reconsidered and agreed to stay as Secretary/Treasurer.
It was decided that we will meet again in January to get organized for the ChiliBlaze in March and once that is over we will start getting organized for the reunion dance in October. Please be thinking about anything you can do to help with either of these projects. We absolutely need more attendees at meetings and more participation of club members on projects or we will be forced to dissolve the Club.
The meeting was adjourned with the next meeting date set for January 14, 2009 at 7:00pm. at Frosties.
Don't forget! Meetings are now held on the SECOND WEDNESDAY OF THE MONTH.

If every Parker does a little, a lot will get done.
Everyone needs to give the statement above some serious thought and do whatever they can possibly do to help this Club stay together!
